All our products are carefully and meticulously hand crafted over hours of dedication and hard work. And as such every item is very unique and no two items of the same style or version match. Despite every effort to create the best and most beautiful piece, color variations, natural blemishes, and beautiful imperfections become an integral part of the item. Many of our products contain handcrafted elements such as looming, knitting, embroidery, crochet, leather embossing, metal shaping, wire bending, wood carving, chiseling, lathing etc., and make extensive use of colors and their variations per the product/design using techniques such as enameling, fabric painting, block printing, thread dying, tie-dye, lacquering, etc.. Natural dyes used in the product may react differently with the raw material, giving birth to the unique hue of color variations in products of the same style or same color name. Please remember that color names (and their variations) e.g. blue, green, red, rose, pink etc., used to describe an item or part of an item, are used as reference only. No warranty is made or given for any color or hue or variation there of and need to be understood that any such word or statement is used for general reference only. No guarantee can be made of the color, variation, hue, saturation, color bleed, or color set. Colors do fade over time due exposure to elements.

Product images, descriptions and measurements on our site best portray the products we sell. Although we try our upmost to remain completely accurate, this information may not be 100% accurate. We give no guarantee as to the composition of materials of a particular product beyond a reasonable possibility. We pass along the information as we receive from artisans and no test or scrutiny is performed to ascertain the authenticity of the said information. As such we are not responsible for any effects that may be caused by usage of those said products. Rest assured we will be as accurate as possible in the material descriptions. Images may suffer from both natural (day light) and artificial (camera flash, fluorescent) lighting and as such gloss, matte finish looks on image might not be a 100% accurate. They may also suffer from angle of view and/or perspective leading to incorrect dimension conclusion. Due to different renderings of computer monitors, and the settings for brightness and contrast users may set their monitors to, no guarantee is given with any certainty that the color displayed in a image on your monitor is EXACTLY as it appears physically.

Handloom Items

Handloom items are made over a period of days and sometimes months by the same artisan or various artisans. As such no guarantee can be given that any two items of same type/category (e.g. a set of red diamond handloom cotton kitchen towels) look the same after finish. All natural fibers (such as silk, cotton etc.) have their own characteristics which can introduce unique and beautiful imperfections. The natural dyes effect the fibers differently even though they belong to the same source/spool or location. Due to such natural imperfections that is beyond any artisan, no guarantee can be made of the color, variation, hue, saturation, color bleed, or color set. Colors do fade over time due to wear, wash and exposure to elements.

Pricing/ Content Disclaimer

The information on the website may be effected by typographical errors and/or inaccuracies, either caused by human error, transmission or render error.  Please note the since these errors, inaccuracies or omissions may be related to but not limited to product description, imagery, pricing, availability, offer options, applicable discounts, etc.. We therefore at all times reserve the right to:

  • correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions by updating or removal of affected content

  • change or update information at any time without any prior notice (including after you have submitted an order, order fulfilled or shipped)

  • cancel orders placed for products affected by incorrect price, availability mismatch, irrespective of the order state and status of authorization of your form of payment. If your form of payment has been charged, a credit will be issued as per our Refund Policy. 

  • Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are always (unless otherwise explicitly stated on the order page) estimated in business days, and as such do not include weekends (Saturday, Sunday), any public holidays including in addition any holidays as observed by the carrier of choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx etc.). These ship times are approximate as provided by the carried and are subject to change and we are not responsible for any such change. Even though in most cases orders ship (i.e. dropped to the carrier for further transit) between 2-3 days from the order date (day cut off is 5pm Central Time Zone) no such guarantee is explicitly made. Every reasonable effort will be taken to ship an order in timely fashion.
